Working Principle of Wood biomass briquette machine
It's a device to make the coal powder into different shapes bar or rod shape briquettes. The working process is like the following: the motor transfers the power to the transmission through triangle belt, then the output shaft on the transmission transfers the power to the propeller shaft, finally the propeller on the propeller shaft pushes the coal powder into the mold and out, then the ideal high pressure coal rod is generated. This process is very simple, and it's easy to operate.

1.Please equip the most suitable electricity and use the suitable material
2.The temperature should be not more than 40centigrade,the moisture should be not more than 85%
3.Please check every parts of the machine
4.Please add lubricating oil every week
5.All of the oil seal should be changed every three months
6.Please clean by water after using
7.The size of the material should be not more than 6mm,the moisture should be not less
than 70%.
